Cura Forms mobile application allow an organisation to quickly and easily capture items such as Risk events, Incidents, Requests, Losses, etc. The Incidents will be recorded onto the server and can be accessed using the Cura Assessor desktop application.
Based on the methodology present on the server, Cura Forms mobile app will display different fields and content, where in the user can enter these values and submit to the server. The Users have an option to attach an image or a document by accessing their drop box account or built in Camera.
